We ship most of our orders within 24-48hrs!

if resident location is in the HRM Area
* Shipping within Canada and the USA are per order.
Zone rate for Canada and the US is 2.50$ per order (up to 3 items) and then .50cent increments per additional items. (CAN Funds)
International Customers Welcome!!!!
Zone rate for all other countries is 4.50$ per order (up to 8 items), 7.00$ for 9-15 items and then by weight of parcel afterward. (CAN Funds)

I live in your area - can I pick up my order?
Yes! We are located in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia and to take advantage of this service, just select local pick up from the drop down menu in the shipping options and submit your order.
You will receive instructions on how to pick up your order in person when you get your order confirmation.
