How do I place an order at the online store?
It is easy to shop online at "My Little Bit of Whimsy!" simply start by creating a user account and then begin adding items to your shopping cart.

How do I use a discount code or promotional code?
You can only use 1 discount code per order.
When you begin the checkout process you will see a coupon field at the bottom of the page. Enter your coupon code hit the "add" button.  Your shopping cart will automatically update to reflect the discount code.
 

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes!  If we received your order successfully an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration.
You will also receive an automated confirmation when your order changes to a completed status.
 

If you DO NOT receive an order confirmation from us within 24 hours, please contact me at Stephanie@MyLittleBitOfWhimsy.com so we can make sure your order is in our system.

Our Preferred method of payment is Paypal. We accept all forms of Paypal payments such as Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfers, and Instant Payment Transfers.
